During the full immersive program, each month will bring with it new challenges, new topics and guest facilitators who will bring a certain expertise to the workshop. You will leave each workshop with new goals set for the next month.
During the workshops, guest facilitators will take you on a journey to discover all things health and well-being such as goal setting, mindset, relationships, functional movement, nutrition, finances, art of stillness workshop & a 3-day survival camp.
You will have the opportunity to talk about and receive support around any area of your life you may be having trouble navigating.
Each Gentleman will receive a customised T.G.C journal, eliminating the guess work & guiding them through a step by step process in which they will be able to document their achievements, goals & journey as well as complete daily tasks such as cold water therapy, breath-work & movement.
You will discover new things about who you are and who you want to become.
